Power Surge
Power Surge is Seven's third ability in Deadlock (slot 3), an active ability with a 50 second cooldown. Power up your weapon with a shock effect, making your bullets proc shock damage on your target. This shock damage bounces to enemies near your target. Occurs once per burst shot. Its tooltip lists 10 Shock Damage (+0.14 x Spirit), 4 Max Jumps and 10m Jump Radius. Upgrades: tier 1 -18s Cooldown; tier 2 +3 m Move Speed, +8 Damage on Jump, +8 Shock Damage, +0.23 Damage on Jump Spirit scaling and +0.23 Shock Damage Spirit scaling; tier 3 -15 Tech Resist Debuff, +10s Debuff Duration and +10s Duration.
