Its tooltip lists +10% Fire Rate (+0.18 x Spirit), +15% Bullet Lifesteal (+0.15 x Spirit), 35% Replicated Healing (+0.85 x Boons) and 1 Tether Count. Upgrades: tier 1 +2m Move Speed; tier 2 +8% Fire Rate and +8% Bullet Lifesteal; tier 3 -13s Duration and -37s Cooldown.
